Uleiul ajut\u0103 \u0219i la etan\u0219are intern\u0103, reduc\u00e2nd scurgerile de aer \u00eentre flancurile rotoarelor.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li><strong>Separarea uleiului (unde este cazul) \u0219i evacuarea aerului<\/strong>: Dac\u0103 este vorba de un compresor lubrificat, dup\u0103 compresie trebuie separat\u0103 frac\u021biunea de ulei din aer (prin separator de ulei). Aerul comprimat iese apoi \u00een re\u021beaua de distribu\u021bie, c\u0103tre rezervor sau direct c\u0103tre consumatori.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li><strong>Control \u0219i reglaje<\/strong>: Majoritatea sistemelor includ senzori de presiune, supape de siguran\u021b\u0103, valve de control \u0219i, la modelele avansate, elemente de control variabil (VSD \/ VFD) care adapteaz\u0103 tura\u021bia rotorilor la cererea real\u0103 de aer.<\/li>\n<\/ol>\n\n\n\n<p>Aceast\u0103 structur\u0103 confer\u0103 avantajul unui flux de aer constant, cu mai pu\u021bine varia\u021bii \u0219i necesit\u0103\u021bi de pornire-oprire frecvente, spre deosebire de compresoarele alternative.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Tipuri de compresoare cu \u0219urub<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Compresoare cu \u0219urub uscate (f\u0103r\u0103 ulei)<\/h3>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>\u00cen aceste modele, rotorii func\u021bioneaz\u0103 f\u0103r\u0103 a fi lubrifia\u021bi cu ulei \u00een zona de compresie. Pentru a evita scurgerile \u0219i uzura, se folosesc materiale speciale cu toleran\u021be str\u00e2nse, tratamente de suprafa\u021b\u0103, garnituri avansate \u0219i solu\u021bii de etan\u0219are.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li><strong>Avantaje<\/strong>: aer extrem de curat, f\u0103r\u0103 urme de ulei, aer care este ideal pentru aplica\u021bii din industria alimentar\u0103, farmaceutic\u0103, laboratoare etc.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li><strong>Dezavantaje<\/strong>: cost de fabrica\u021bie mai ridicat, eficien\u021b\u0103 ceva mai sc\u0103zut\u0103 comparativ cu variantele lubrifiate \u00een condi\u021bii de sarcin\u0103 ridicat\u0103.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>De obicei, aceste compresoare sunt utilizate acolo unde nu este permis\u0103 contaminarea cu ulei.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<p>Un caz tipic este industria farmaceutic\u0103, unde \u00een timpul procesului de fabrica\u021bie (amestecare, granula\u021bie, umplere de capsule) compresorul furnizeaza aer comprimat care intr\u0103 direct \u00een contact cu produsele sau mediile sensibile. Pentru a preveni orice contaminare cu hidrocarburi, multe fabrici aleg compresoare cu \u0219urub uscat (oil-free), clasificate \u00een mod strict conform ISO 8573-1 pentru a asigura aer f\u0103r\u0103 urme de ulei.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>Exemplu concret<\/strong>: o companie farmaceutic\u0103 folose\u0219te compresoare cu \u0219urub uscate pentru alimentarea liniilor de ambalare sterile, astfel \u00eenc\u00e2t aerul comprimat s\u0103 nu contamineze blisterele sau capsulele. Aceast\u0103 alegere reduce riscurile de respingere a loturilor \u0219i asigur\u0103 conformitatea cu normele GMP (Good Manufacturing Practice).<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Compresoare cu \u0219urub lubrifiate cu ulei (cu injec\u021bie de ulei)<\/h3>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>Aceasta este varianta predominant\u0103 \u00een industrie: rotorii sunt injecta\u021bi cu ulei care func\u021bioneaz\u0103 simultan ca lubrifiant, agent de r\u0103cire \u0219i element de etan\u0219are \u00eentre flancuri.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Dup\u0103 procesul de compresie, aerul este trecut prin separatoare \u0219i filtre de ulei, pentru a elimina uleiul rezidual.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li><strong>Avantaje<\/strong>: cost de produc\u021bie mai mic, eficien\u021b\u0103 bun\u0103, durabilitate, mai adaptabil la varia\u021bii de sarcin\u0103.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li><strong>Dezavantaje<\/strong>: necesit\u0103 sisteme de separare de ulei \u0219i \u00eentre\u021binere mai atent\u0103, risc de urme de ulei dac\u0103 separatoarele sau filtrele nu func\u021bioneaz\u0103 corect.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<p>Compresoarele lubrifiate sunt larg utilizate \u00een ateliere mecanice sau \u00een fabrici de prelucrare industrial\u0103, unde cerin\u021ba de puritate a aerului nu este extrem de strict\u0103, dar se pune accent pe eficien\u021b\u0103 \u0219i costuri de exploatare.
